LE RESIDENZE DI BUDONI:
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Check-in guaranteed from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Check-out: by 10.00 am.
Arrivals at later times must STRICTLY be communicated and agreed with the Reception office.
It is mandatory to communicate your arrival time at least 3 days before check-in.
Supplement of €25.00 after 9.00 pm if notified in advance; possibility of entry the following
morning without prior notice.
Flat rate consumption: €6.00 per person per day to be paid from 4 years of age. Includes:
electricity, water, gas, bed linen with double bed made on arrival and changed weekly, bathroom
courtesy set.
Final cleaning: per apartment €70.00 for two-room 4, €80.00 for three-room 6
excluding kitchenette, crockery and separate waste collection by the customer or a charge of
€50.00.
Tourist tax as required by Municipal Regulation.
Deposit: €200.00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay.
OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:
Air Conditioning: €8.00 per day on request when booking.
Cot: €5.00 per day on request when booking.
Bathroom linen: €8.00 per set.
Bed linen: €12.00 per change.
Pets: €5.00 per day, small and medium-sized pets allowed, to be reported when booking.
Tidying up: €25.00 per day for onebedroom apartment €35.00 per day for two bedroom apartment 6.
Extra bed: €8.00 per day to be requested when booking, available only on Trilo 6.
CANCELLATION FEES:
- no penalty up to 22 days before arrival date
- 100% penalty from 21 to 00 days before arrival date and in case of no-show
- No refunds will be given in case of early departure and unused nights.
