Please inform Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. Hot spring baths are available from 15:00-00:00 and from 05:30-08:30. To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to Fuji Kawaguchiko Tourist Information Centre located next to the station and tell the staff the hotel name. The staff will call the hotel to arrange a bus for you. Please note that the bus is available only from 15:00-18:00.
